Anneke Althoff has been a member of Kliemt & Vollstädt's employment-
law team in Düsseldorf since October 2008. Before this, she was a
trainee at the international law firm Lovells LLP; she also spent one
period of her traineeship at Düsseldorf Labour Court. Parallel to her
law studies, she completed the course in specialist English for
lawyers at the University of Münster, with a period of internship in
London.

Ms. Althoff advises companies and employees on all questions of
individual and collective employment law. She represents her clients
at court and in out-of-court negotiations. Her main practice areas
comprise consultancy on litigation relating to termination, advising
companies on day-to-day employment-law matters, and drafting contracts
of employment and specific types of termination agreements.
