Oliver Driver-Polke, attorney, a co-founder of the employment law firm JUSTEM Rechtsanwälte in early 2006, moved to Kliemt & Vollstädt as a partner in July 2008. Prior to this, from 2002 to 2004 he was with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, and from 2004 to 2005 with Linklaters Oppenhoff & Rädler, where he was an attorney practising in the employment law department.
Oliver Driver-Polke advises German and international enterprises nationwide on all employment law matters. He specialises in drafting employment contracts, preparing working hours schemes and remuneration systems and acting as a consultant on corporate acquisitions and restructurings, including implementation of the employment law due diligence process and negotiating post-merger reconcilements of interests and redundancy schemes. He advises and represents his clients at all instances of the labour court system, and also at conciliation boards and in collective bargaining negotiations. His clients include, in particular, enterprises from the services, banking, insurance, retail trade and aviation sectors.
