Dr. Antje Ebeling has been part of Kliemt & Vollstädt's Frankfurt team since December 2006. Before this, she worked for several years in Prof. Dr. H.-W. Eckert's civil law and labour law department at Greifswald University. During this time, she also wrote her doctoral thesis on the relationship between the law on standard terms of business and the contents of employment agreements.

Dr. Ebeling advisers employers and executive staff on all questions of individual and collective employment law. She represents her clients both in court proceedings and out of court. Her main practice areas are handling disputes on termination rights, negotiating and drafting termination and liquidation agreements, and questions of employee codetermination. In addition, she has detailed experience of drafting employment contracts and collective agreements.
