Dr. Jacobi has been a partner in Kliemt & Vollstädt's Berlin office since 2002. Previously, after her admission as an
attorney in the year 1997, she practised in the Berlin and Cologne offices of Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek. She also worked
for the U.S. law firms of Berliner, Corcoran & Rowe in Washington, D.C. and Holland & Knight LLP in New York.
One of Dr. Jacobi's main practice areas is providing support to employers on all questions of employee data protection and
of discrimination law. She acts as a consultant on the introduction of ethics guidelines, personnel information systems and
social media policies, often as part of negotiations with the works council. She chairs the Data Protection/Compliance
practice group and co-chairs Ius Laboris' Privacy and Data Protection international practice group. In addition, Dr. Jacobi
advises employers on all questions of individual and collective employment law. She represents German and international
clients before the German labour courts and in negotiations with the works council.
