Julia Lampe has been a member of Kliemt & Vollstädt's employment-law team in Düsseldorf since January 2009, first as a research assistant and as part of her traineeship, and since August 2011 as an attorney. Previously, she spent one stage of her traineeship with an international law firm in Cologne and another at the North-Rhine Westphalia Ministry for Labour, Health and Social Affairs. From 2009 until July 2011 she was an academic researcher at the Institute for Employment and Commercial Law at Cologne University. She is writing her doctoral thesis on an employment-law topic on a part-time basis under Prof. Dr. Martin Henssler (Cologne).

Ms. Lampe advises national and international enterprises on all questions of individual and collective employment law. She represents her clients both in court proceedings and out of court. Her main practice areas comprise consultancy on litigation relating to termination, advising companies on day-to-day matters, in particular in connection with works constitution law, and drafting contracts of employment and specific types of termination agreements.
