Dr. Reiche has been a member of Kliemt & Vollstädt's employment-law team in Frankfurt am Main since April 2010.
Previously she practised in a medium-sized law firm in Cologne which specialised in commercial law corporate consultancy.
There, in addition to giving ongoing employment-law advice, in particular in matters of works constitution law, she was
primarily involved in reorganisation and transaction projects, conducted both in German and in English. During her
traineeship, she worked in the employment-law department of Gleiss Lutz as an independent contractor. Her doctoral thesis
deals with the various procedural problems with regard to employment relationships in the case of the transfer of an
undertaking under section 613a of the German Civil Code and under EU Council Directives 77/187/EEC and 2001/23/EC.

Dr. Reiche advises employers and executive staff on all questions of individual and collective employment law and
represents them both in and out of court. Her main practice areas are employment-law advice in day-to-day business,
advising on legal disputes relating to termination of employment, and employment-law advice on reorganisation and
transaction projects. In addition, she specialises in drafting contracts of employment and termination agreements and
in questions of co-determination.
