Dr. Reinhard is a partner in the Frankfurt office. She moved there on 1 January 2012 from an international commercial law firm where she held joint responsibility for the employment law practice group in the Frankfurt location. Before this she was a labour court judge at a number of labour courts in North-Rhine Westphalia, an academic researcher at the Federal Labour Court in Erfurt and a head of division at the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs in Berlin.

Dr. Reinhard advises national and international enterprises on all questions of employment law. Her special practice areas include questions of works constitutional law (such as the implementation of working hours and remuneration models, redundancy scheme negotiations, agreements on structures under works constitution law) and the full range of collective law topics. She heads Kliemt & Vollstädt's collective bargaining and industrial action law practice group. In addition, Dr. Reinhard specialises in employee data protection law and on questions in connection with employment-law compliance. She is also an expert in the field of occupational pension plans and lifetime accounts. Dr. Reinhard is well-known as a speaker and as the author of a large number of specialist publications.
